Who We Are
Solaris Cost Forensics LLC is an independent, neutral forensic construction cost analysis firm, led by its founder and principal, Alan Doyle. Over more than thirty years, Alan has moved from the trades to national leadership — estimating, project management, and large-loss oversight — and that range is what lets Solaris see both the structure and the story behind every number.
Solaris is built for independence. We review disputed costs, property-loss claims, carrier estimates, and construction-loan draws against the schedules and records that support them — including AIA G702/G703 applications for payment — through multi-source verification and documented evidence, never assumption. A finding is only as strong as what stands behind it, so every conclusion traces to the record.
Solaris Cost Forensics LLC is a Texas limited liability company serving clients nationwide, and carries professional liability (errors and omissions) coverage; a certificate of insurance is available on request. Most engagements are consulting, with independent expert testimony available when a matter calls for it.
