Solaris Cost Forensics LLC is an independent forensic construction cost analysis firm based in Texas. This policy covers the website at solarisforensics.com. Questions about anything below can be sent to info@solarisforensics.com.

What We Collect

This site collects information in one place only: the Rapid Viability Assessment request form. Nothing is collected from you simply by reading the site. If you submit the form, we receive what you enter:

• Your name, firm or company, email address, and telephone number
• Your role in the matter
• The matter type, and any deadline or key date you provide
• Adverse parties, which we request solely to run a conflict check
• Your description of the file

We ask for no more than this, and there is no obligation to use the form — you are welcome to contact us directly by email or telephone instead.

How Form Submissions Are Handled

Form submissions are not stored in this website’s database. When you submit the form, the content is delivered to us by email and the entry is deleted from the website immediately. This is deliberate: matter details and adverse-party names do not belong in a public-facing web server, and keeping them out of it materially reduces the consequences of any future compromise of the site.

The resulting email is held in the firm’s business email account and is treated as confidential. Information you send about a potential engagement is used to evaluate conflicts and to determine whether the matter is one Solaris can appropriately accept, and for no other purpose.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not use analytics, visitor tracking, or advertising cookies. This site runs no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, and no third-party tracking scripts.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your information.
• We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not send marketing email to people who contact us through this site unless they ask to hear from us.

Service Providers and Cookies

Three service providers necessarily handle data in the course of operating the site: our website host, our business email provider, and Cloudflare Turnstile, which screens the contact form for automated submissions. Turnstile is a privacy-oriented alternative to conventional CAPTCHAs and sets a token in your browser for that purpose; it does not track you across other websites.

Beyond that token and any strictly necessary cookies set by the website software itself, this site does not place cookies on your device.

Confidentiality of Matter Information

Solaris performs consulting work for attorneys, adjusters, carriers, lenders, and other professionals, and treats matter information accordingly. Information exchanged before an engagement is accepted is kept confidential, and any accepted engagement is governed by a separate written engagement agreement whose confidentiality terms control over this notice.

Retention, Access, and Deletion

Because form entries are deleted from the website on submission, the only copy of your inquiry is the email we receive. Inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained only as long as needed for conflict-checking purposes and are then deleted. To ask what we hold about you, to request a copy, or to ask us to delete it, email info@solarisforensics.com and we will respond promptly.

Children

This site is intended for business use by professionals and is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to This Notice

If our practices change, this page will be updated and the effective date above revised. Material changes will be reflected here rather than communicated individually.
